Day Parking
We no longer offer day rider parking and suggest Trout Lake parking area as an option.
Overnight Stabling
The Broyhill Equestrian Preserve asks that you arrive at the facility and check in before 4 p.m. on the day you intend to arrive. This will insure that we have time to get you properly settled before the office closes. If you expect to arrive after 5pm, please let us know so we can be here to check you in!
Negative coggins documentation is required prior to off loading your horse.
Overnight Fees:
- Camp Sites – $30 per night, per site (Water and Electric included).
- Stalls – $30/night per horse. All stalls have doors with latches, but additional hardware, water buckets, muck buckets wheel barrows, pitch forks or other barn and horse carer equipment is not provided. Bedding–$6/baled pine shavings. We require shavings in stalls. Straw and hay bedding is not allowed.)
For reservations, please CALL us at 828-295-4700. Voicemail or email messages do not guarantee a reservation. While we have 450 stalls available for overnight stabling we can only accommodate 35 campers. During peak weekends and holidays, our campsites fill up quickly. Please call early to make your reservations.
Campsites are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once you check-in, you may pick any open space that is available. Whether horse, rider, or driver, it is our goal that each visitor to the Broyhill Preserve has a positive experience.
